My father, my hero, was the ‘73 silver medalist at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. My older brother, my closest friend, also graduated from IIT Bombay. But after getting through JEE (joint entrance exam) in '00, I declined my admit and chose to follow a path different from the two heroes I so admired and loved.
It was time to #thinkdifferent.
I embraced a different experience and accepted the SIA-NOL scholarship offered by the Singapore Ministry of Education to study at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. That decision paved a very different, exciting path for the next 2 decades, one that saw me call Singapore, New York City, London, Paris, Madrid my home before settling down in the San Francisco Bay Area. Along the way, I had two startup exits and the privilege to lead large businesses at IBM Security Systems, Idaptive (a Thoma Bravo company), and then as SVP/GM at CyberArk, now Palo Alto Networks. A singular decision, driven by the deep desire to #thinkdifferent, shaped a 2-decade career.
It is time to be thankful for that first inning.

The world of Agents is incredibly noisy, chaotic. Each day teaches you the significance of listening to your customers, to your inner voice, and paving your own vision together with your team, customers and partners. That vision is the genesis of eos.
Cutting Through the Noise
eos is born out of Kashyap Ivaturi’s and my desire to#thinkdifferent. To separate signals from the omnipresent, deafening noise in AI. To elevate Agents as a brand new #identityconstituency - a constituency that deserves its own rightful place in IdentitySecurity. A constituency that has never before existed in the history of moderncomputing. Agents are not human. They are not machines. They are not secrets. They are not tokens. They are not certificates. And they are not MCPservers.
Defining a New Identity Constituency
eos is born out of placing #humansfirst. It’s born out of recognizing that Agents will achieve superintelligence sooner than later and will operate at fiber-optic speed, but they will increasingly be created in the image of us, with the intent to augment us, as flesh and blood humans. And we will need all the human ingenuity and creativity we can muster to guide, govern, secure, control them.

eos is born out of the #builttolast philosophy. A philosophy lived by a few of my mentors, friends, and leaders who have built multi-billion dollar security companies from the ground up, and who inspire me daily - Udi Mokady, Sumedh Thakar, Rajat Bhargava, Sachin K Nayyar, and many others.
