About the role

This role reports into the Co-founder & CEO of Eos.

We are seeking a highly driven, structured, and collaborative Chief of Staff / Marketing Strategist to work directly with the CEO to accelerate business development, shape go-to-market strategy, build repeatable growth processes, and manage multi-channel marketing execution. This role blends strategic thinking with operational rigor—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced early-stage environments and enjoys owning high-impact initiatives end-to-end.

You will be responsible for leading design partner acquisition, building demand generation engines, refining our sales/CRM workflows, crafting marketing content, and ensuring tight executive alignment across the business. This is a critical partner role for the CEO and a high-leverage opportunity to influence the trajectory of the company.

Responsibilities 


1. Business Development & Design Partner Acquisition

  • Drive pipeline development to land design partnerships and grow an early stage sales pipeline.

  • Build a repeatable discovery → deal workflow, including:

    • Discovery call structure

    • Demo call frameworks 

    • Persona-based qualification / disqualification criteria 

    • Standardized information capture 

  • Own weekly lead operations: 

    • Evaluate targeted leads and validate and refine weekly lead targets with the CEO.

    • Launch outbound campaigns using multi-channel sequences (email, calls, LinkedIn).


2. CRM, Pipeline & Operational Excellence

  • Build and maintain HubSpot deal tracking, sales stages, and pipeline methodology.

  • Ensure excellent CRM hygiene with weekly QA checks.

  • Facilitate weekly pipeline reviews with clear visibility into deal flow, bottlenecks, and metrics.

  • Develop the end-to-end relationship management process for design partners and prospects.


3. Digital Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Lead launch and ongoing optimization of our digital presence including our website, LinkedIn company page, growth strategy, and posting cadence

  • Build a content marketing engine with weekly LinkedIn posts, regular blog posts, and maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar spanning newsletters, blogs, and Videos

  • Ensure web leads are captured, prioritized, and integrated with HubSpot, including domain tracking.


4. Marketing & Sales Content Development

  • Own creation, project management, and readiness of core marketing and sales assets

  • Support sales with fast, accurate responses for:

    • RFPs 

    • Vendor security reviews 

    • Technical questionnaires / answer banks 


5. Field Marketing & Event Strategy

  • Build a comprehensive annual in-person events strategy (SF, NYC, major metros):

    • Identify relevant cybersecurity conferences, workshops, and community events

    • Evaluate ROI for participation

    • Generate pipeline from event exposure

  • Identify and manage online event opportunities, including webinars, virtual summits, and sponsor slots.


6. Talent & Business Operations Support

  • Support onboarding plans for new hires and contractors.

  • Assist with expense management, reimbursements, and budget tracking where needed.

  • Occasionally support payroll oversight

  • Fluent with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
