We are now looking for a founding Software Architect to help lay the technical foundation for highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems that defend the future of AI security.
About the role
As our Founding AI Engineer, you’ll be one of our critical technical hires. You’ll design and build intelligent agents, secure backends, and autonomous workflows that interact with identity systems, infrastructure, and other services using standards such as A2A and MCP. You’ll have deep ownership across the stack and will work closely with founders and early customers to shape the direction of our product and platform.

Responsibilities
Design and implement multi-agent AI systems that collaborate via secure, structuredAgent-to-Agent (A2A) communication
Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) to give agents secure access to external tools, APIs, and structured memory
Build backend infrastructure to support agent orchestration, memory, long-context planning, and autonomous task execution
Develop and fine-tune LLM-based systems to power intelligent security workflows such as identity defense, anomaly detection, and incident response
Create RAG pipelines, vector search, and prompt optimization to support real-time, context-aware reasoning
Develop secure APIs, microservices, and pipelines that allow agents to operate across enterprise security systems
Collaborate closely with the founding team on product direction, fast prototyping, and iterative deployment
Monitor and optimize system performance, with a focus on explainability, observability, and reliability
Required skills
5+ years of software or backend engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML or intelligent systems
Strong Python development skills and experience with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or gRPC
Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph)Deep understanding of A2A (agent-to-agent) protocols and agent collaboration patterns
Familiarity with MCP or similar standards for secure, structured tool access and model coordination
Proficiency in building and deploying LLMs, RAG systems, and vector-based search infrastructure
Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, serverless APIs, etc.)
Ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and take full ownership of technical outcomes
Preferred skills
Experience at an early-stage startup or on a founding engineering team
Background in cybersecurity, identity systems, or threat intelligence
Familiarity with agent task planning, memory management, and autonomous execution workflows
Contributions to open-source agentic AI, orchestration tools, or security automation projects
